My Marketing area includes Charlottesville, Albemarle County and all the contiguous counties including Greene, Madison, Orange, Fluvanna, Louisa, Buckingham and Nelson Counties. There are approximately 250,000 people in the Greater Metropolitan Charlottesville area with every kind of home style and setting that you could desire. Also, the University of Virginia faculty, administration and student body all reside in this marketing area.
